Who are Archery Supplies Direct?

We are a long established (18 years) specialist Archery company, with highly trained staff with plenty of years of experience between them.

Why buy from Archery Supplies Direct?

We are NOT a "stock shadowing" retailer operating from a back room. Unlike many supposed archery dealers, we will be here when you need us. Visit our brand new specialised showroom in Redditch and meet our qualified Instructors.

Do you have a shop and what are the opening times?

We have a showroom where you are welcome to visit and see the goods before buying. Opening Times are Monday-Friday 10am - 4pm, Saturday & Sunday - Closed.

How do I return an item?

Please return products to:

Please include our returns form which can be found on our website in the returns section. If you are unable to print this form, please include a returns note which also includes your invoice number, contact details and reason for the return.

We advise that you send items back via registered post, which you will have to pay for but this will ensure that it arrives with us.

As soon as we receive your item back it will be processed for an exchange/refund as requested.

Can I make changes to my order?

We will do our very best to make any changes needed.

What Couriers do you use?

We use a number of couriers to get the best price and service for our customers. In general larger items will be sent with TNT, however the majority of parcels will be sent with Parcel Force and Hermes. Your order will be assigned a courier when packing and this information will be either emailed or sent by SMS to the customer.

How can I track my order?

The dispatch email which we send to you will include a unique tracking reference number which you can use to track the progress of your parcel and also a link to the appropriate section of Parcel Force / Hermes website. When available we also include customers mobile numbers to our couriers for a pre-delivery notification text, which will also include a 1 hour estimated timeslot for your goods to be delivered in.

How can I pay for my order?

Archery Supplies Direct accepts Cash, PayPal, Cheque and Card Payments.

Do you deliver to PO boxes & BFPO?

Sadly we cannot currently deliver to any of the above. We are working with our courier services to try and provide safe and secure delivery to these locations in the near future.
